Preparation:

In a cooking pot, pour 750 ml milk along with the powdered mixture. Stir it constantly over medium heat until it boils. After it has boiled for 3-4 minutes, continue to cook it for another 3-4 minutes. After removing it from the heat, pour it into a medium-sized round or rectangular tray that has been oiled with margarine and spread with 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Cook it for 5-10 minutes over high heat, turning it occasionally to ensure even distribution. After it has reached room temperature, place it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Slice it as desired and serve it on plates with the bottom facing up.
